Head massage, also known as Champissage, is a type of massage that focuses on the head, neck, and shoulders. It uses gentle, rhythmic strokes, kneading, and pressure point work to release tension and improve circulation in the head, neck, and shoulders. It also includes gentle manipulation of the scalp, face, ears, and energy balancing on the upper chakras. Feet massage, also known as Pada Abhyanga, is a type of massage that focuses on the feet. It uses warm herbal oils, which are gently massaged into the feet, using various strokes and techniques. Pressure is applied to specific points on the feet that correspond to different organs and systems in the body. This is known as reflexology. Aromatherapy, head and feet massage can be done separately or combined together in one session. When combined, the essential oils used in Aromatherapy can enhance the relaxing and soothing effect of head and feet massage. Aromatherapy oils are selected according to the client's needs and preferences and can be used to create a calming and relaxing environment, to reduce stress and anxiety, and promote relaxation.
