Edema, Lymphedema, or Lipedema, are all medical conditions that can be treated by encouraging the movement of lymph fluids out of the swollen limbs. Specialized advanced therapy involves the application of distinct and appropriate techniques to move the lymph toward the lymphatic vessels into the lymph nodes and then finally into the deeper lymphatic channels to be processed by the body. Depending on the medical condition, different therapeutic measures are taken.

• Where appropriate the therapist will work in conjunction with your medical practitioner.

• The first visit will include a consultation during which the therapist will recommend the number and frequency of future sessions. First visits are always 90 minutes sessions or longer.

• At this moment, LPVie does not offer wound care. Please see a physician or a wound care specialist prior to a CDT or MLD treatment.
