Gua Sha and Head Massage
60 Minutes Session
Service Description
Gua Sha is a traditional Chinese healing technique that involves using a scraping tool to stimulate the skin and underlying muscles. The tool is used to scrape the skin in a downward motion, promoting blood flow and collagen production. Gua Sha can be used to target specific areas of the face such as wrinkles, fine lines, and tension in the head, neck, and shoulders. Head massage, also known as Champissage, is a type of massage that focuses on the head, neck, and shoulders. It uses gentle, rhythmic strokes, kneading, and pressure point work to release tension and improve circulation in the head, neck, and shoulders. It also includes gentle manipulation of the scalp, face, ears, and energy balancing on the upper chakras. Gua Sha and head massage can be done separately or combined together in one session. Combining these two therapies can provide a relaxing and rejuvenating experience that can leave the person feeling refreshed and energized. Gua Sha can help to promote blood flow and collagen production in the head, neck and shoulders, and head massage can help to reduce headaches, tension and improve circulation in the head, neck and shoulders. Both therapies work together to provide a holistic and effective experience for a healthier and youthful-looking skin and a relaxed and stress-free mind.
