Poultice/ Herbal massage is performed with a warm herbal ‘potli’, a compress made with 14 to 17 oriental herbs infused with oils to increase the potency. The goal of poultice/ herbal massage is to balance the three dosas. It also includes gentle manipulation of the scalp, face, ears, and energy balancing on the upper chakras. This massage can be done seated on a chair or lying down on a massage table.
